Original German Bundeswehr surplus. FSN# 1240-12-145-7100. This unissued telescopic sight is a mono-objective periscope which attaches to the Lafette mount for the MG42/MG1/MG3 machine guns. It serves for direct and indirect aiming of a mounted machine gun up to a distance of 1600 meters. The reticle pattern in the field of view consists of the thorn-shaped sighting mark, two side scales and a circular range scale spanided into intervals of 100 meters and numbered every 200 meters. May include minor scuffing from storage. Case and accessories are not included.
